SAFTLaunch is looking for a motivated customer service associate to join the firm and lead our newly formed customer service team. As SAFTLaunch’s customer base continues to grow, our customer success team will be the key point-of-contact for all clients. You will be part of a newly formed team here in our New York office. As a customer success expert, you will focus on client on-boarding, resolving customer issues, and responding to customer queries. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the team lead to build our customer success function from the ground up.
This is a highly visible, impactful role and an opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup in the emerging cryptocurrency/blockchain/distributed ledger space.
As one of our Customer Success Experts, you should be:
- An excellent communicator with demonstrable verbal and written communication skills
- A true multi-tasker, with a knack for prioritizing competing projects
- The consummate “people person,” with a passion for all things customer service
- Capable of resolving urgent issues in a fast-paced environment (startup experience is a plus)
- Proactive and resourceful
You should have:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Experience with chat, email, and phone-based customer service models
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude
We prefer, but do not require:
- Interest or experience in cryptocurrency and/or crowdfunding
- Experience in a startup environment
